Handan Handa Xinxing Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in2019 in the Longmen Qianyi Steel Industry Park in Hancheng, Shaanxi. The company is dedicated to providing upgraded services of steel logistics and intelligent manufacturing. With the geographical advantage of Longmen,Hancheng and the high-quality resources of surrounding steel mills and top-notch intelligent equipment in China, the company combines intelligent manufacturing and technological R&D of the steel industry chain, specializing in providing one-stop procurement of various types of standardized high-strength steel mesh for downstream industries.
The company has built a new large-span industrial plant covering an area of 15,000 square meters and purchased multiple advanced CNC steel automatic equipment production lines from TJK MACHINERY CO., LTD. The production process is fully automated and intelligent, with automatic dimensioning, flipping,punching, folding, and welding, which truly achieves the whole process of high-precision and stable production. Currently, the company has more than 100 types of equipment and over 20 professional technicians, with an annual production
capacity of 100,000 tons and a daily output of 400 tons.
In addition, our company has established a professional testing laboratory and purchased professional equipment. We strictly re-examine the incoming raw materials and inspect the finished products before leaving the factory to ensure product quality. Our product quality is higher than industry standards of JGJ114-2014 and GB/T1499.3-2022.
Adhering to the concept of high starting point, high quality, normalization,and standardization, the company, as a council member of the branch of China Welding Steel Mesh Industry Association, actively participates in various industry activities, exchanges, and the formulation of related standards and specifications.The company has successively obtained certification of MM-grade from the China Metal Distribution Association, ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, and ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification.
